It has a Stretchy, Smocked V-Neck Top & the Cutest Ruffle Detail at the Waist! It has a Tiered Skirt & Cute Puff/Cap Sleeves! It’s Lined as Well! I had to keep one for myself!
- Size Tip- Runs just a bit loose, the smocking gives some room but if you are broader through the shoulders or larger chested don’t size down (I’m wearing a S)
