I LOVE this New Peplum Blouse! The Fit is Perfect! It doesn’t cut in like most peplum styles. It has a Stretchy, Smocked Top & then Flows Nicely! It also has the Cutest Poofy Sleeves! Loving it for the Office or Date Night!
- Size Tip- Runs a bit loose & is stretchy, size down if in between sizes (I’m wearing a S)
