Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, or pet hair
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Postmarked within 14 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage may not be accepted.

How To Start A Return

To initiate a return, please email miriam@graceandgarmentboutique.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Grace & Garment cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • Items marked Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
